My First Blog Post Ever!

Wow! I actually have a blog! For those of you who know me personally will laugh at this because while I’m on the internet often, I am thoroughly immersed in my comfort zone. I belong to Yahoo Groups, I surf via Yahoo, I go to the same sites all the time. Things like Blogs make me nervous because, in truth, anything that borders on the technical gives me the proverbial case of hives. Blogs, technical, you say? Well, maybe not, but to me they are because it involves more than clicking on a site and typing or reading. So having said all this, here I am. Blogging. I have to give a huge shout out to Jenn who has been my savior in all this blog-building stuff. She’s a blog veteran and helped me begin mine and gave me advice from knowledge she learned through trial and error.

I intend to blog frequently, to inform you of my ongoing efforts to write, to pursue a dream of getting published while balancing this dream with the craziness that is my life. In time you’ll come to know my family, my interests, my friends and my very opinionated view of the world in general whether you want to or not.I hope you take a minute to look around (And at this point, that’s all the time it will take because there is almost nothing on this blog) and see what I’ve just begun to create.Thanks for stopping by and for, hopefully, returning from time to time.
